Custom Made PPSU Sheet

Custom Made PPSU Sheet is a high-performance engineering plastic based on Polyphenylsulfone (PPSU), offering customized solutions in size, thickness, color, and machining methods according to customer requirements. It is widely used in medical, industrial, and high-end engineering applications.

PPSU material provides excellent thermal resistance, operating continuously at around 180°C and withstanding repeated 134°C autoclave steam sterilization cycles. With a heat deflection temperature above 200°C, it maintains excellent dimensional stability and structural integrity under high-temperature conditions.

In terms of chemical resistance, PPSU sheets offer strong hydrolysis resistance and excellent resistance to cleaning agents, disinfectants, weak acids, weak alkalis, and various industrial chemicals, making it suitable for demanding environments.

Mechanically, PPSU provides high impact strength and toughness, ensuring reliable performance even under low-temperature or complex stress conditions, making it ideal for precision components and structural parts.

The material supports CNC machining, milling, turning, drilling, and thermoforming, enabling precise customization for different applications. It is available in various thicknesses and colors, including natural amber, black, and custom options.
