Corrosion resistant PPSU board

Corrosion Resistant PPSU Sheet is a high-performance engineering plastic based on Polyphenylsulfone (PPSU), offering excellent chemical resistance, high temperature stability, and strong mechanical properties for demanding industrial environments.

The material shows strong resistance to a wide range of chemicals, including weak acids, weak alkalis, alcohols, cleaning agents, and common disinfectant solutions. It maintains structural integrity and mechanical performance even after long-term exposure, making it suitable for medical sterilization systems, chemical fluid handling systems, and laboratory equipment.

In terms of thermal performance, PPSU sheets can operate continuously at approximately 180°C and withstand short-term thermal peaks beyond this range. With a heat deflection temperature above 200°C, the material maintains excellent dimensional stability under combined thermal and chemical stress conditions.

Mechanically, PPSU provides high impact strength and toughness, ensuring structural reliability even under low-temperature or complex loading conditions. Compared with conventional engineering plastics, it offers a more balanced combination of thermal, chemical, and mechanical performance.

The material is suitable for CNC machining, milling, turning, drilling, and thermoforming, enabling the production of customized parts with complex geometries. It is available in various thicknesses and colors, including natural amber, black, and customized options.
