High Temperature Resistant PPSU Sheet is a high-performance engineering plastic based on Polyphenylsulfone (PPSU), designed for demanding applications requiring excellent heat resistance, hydrolytic stability, and mechanical durability.

The material can operate continuously at temperatures up to approximately 180°C and withstand short-term thermal spikes beyond this range. Its heat deflection temperature exceeds 200°C, ensuring excellent dimensional stability and structural integrity under high-temperature conditions.

In terms of environmental resistance, PPSU sheets exhibit outstanding hydrolysis resistance, allowing long-term use in steam, humid, and high-temperature environments without significant degradation. This makes it suitable for sterilization systems and repeated cleaning applications.

Mechanically, PPSU offers high impact strength and toughness, maintaining structural stability even under low-temperature or complex stress conditions. Compared with conventional engineering plastics, it provides a more balanced combination of thermal and mechanical performance.

The material is easy to process using CNC machining, milling, turning, drilling, and thermoforming, making it suitable for customized components with complex geometries. It is available in multiple thicknesses and colors, including natural amber, black, and custom options.
